Team Player??

​Are you a team player?
 
Many people say they are team player, but does it drive personal success? 
 
Most people that say they are a team player, because its sounds like the right thing to do.  I don’t know many leaders who are team players.  Most leaders take responsibility, ownership, and are willing to go out on their own!  That doesn’t sounds like a team player to me. 
 
Team players are the followers, always looking to pass the buck, not willing to take responsibility or ownership.  Does being a team player drive success, yes it drives success for the leader, but does it drive success for the individual??  Something to think about.
