The person behind the work
I’m Ken Lubin. I help leaders turn ambition into the right people, clearer decisions, and consistent execution.
As Employee #1 at ZRG Partners, I helped build the firm one relationship and one placement at a time. Today, as a Managing Director, I advise CEOs, founders, and investors across financial services, specialty lending, fintech, and technology.
My perspective was shaped on the race course, too. I co-won the Death Race, won the Tuckerman Inferno, and competed at the Olympic Cycling Trials. From Division I skiing to coaching at Brown University, I’ve seen what performance demands: preparation, composure, and the discipline to keep showing up.
I bring that same standard to the work. Understand the challenge. Be candid about the tradeoffs. Focus on the moves that matter.
